The UPPAbaby Ridge is an all-terrain jogging stroller that is great for both outdoor adventures and everyday use. It’s designed with nifty features to keep parents and children (up to 23kg) comfortable from road to trail to off the beaten path. A great solution for both avid runners to bring their child along and non-running caregivers who are looking a smooth and sturdy stroller.

The UPPAbaby Ridge is suitable from birth with UPPAbaby Bassinet V2 (bassinet adapters required) or capsule car seats (infant car seat adapters required) for strolls or everyday use. It should not be used for running until your baby has full head and neck control, usually at about 6-8 months. Seek advice from a paediatrician on whether your baby is old enough to run with.

Built to endure bumpy roads, the Ridge stroller features advanced responsive suspension thanks to its variable coil springs and large wheels with deep-treaded tyres to roll over terrains more easily. It also has a lockable front swivel wheel and a tracking knob to keep your stroller straight and smooth so that your little trooper stays comfortable across terrains.

It also excels in keeping them safe and snug when the road gets bumpy with its deep and padded seat (which you can recline for naps on the move!), and a five-point no-rethread harness. The wheels are puncture-proof, so you can leave the air pump at home and stroll/run with ease!

Like the other UPPAbaby strollers, the Ridge is kitted out with an extendable canopy for ample sun coverage, and a mesh window for you to peek in on your child. You may also leave it open for better air circulation! The Ridge also features a slew of convenient features: one-hand fold, a disc hand brake, a safety wrist strap, a stroller basket with magnetic clip system that prevents items from falling out, an adjustable handlebar and interior pockets in the stroller seats to store your child’s snacks or toys so you won’t have to stop mid-run. Stroller comes with a water bottle holder, basket cover and, 30.5 and 40.6 cm puncture-proof tires.

Powerful!
Format: Hardcover
The Girl in the Walls is mysterious, raw, and beautifully written. If you have any connection to autism, particularly how autism affects families, you will know how powerful this story truly is. Understanding how the autistic brain is designed, the beauty, the pain, and the family dynamics and genetics involved is so needed. I believe this story has the power to bring healing and understanding to it’s readers. Meg Eden Kuyatt is such a gifted writer. Her words brought tears, awe, and hope. Her poetic style and usage of font, space, and text is unique and inspiring. Meg’s artistic ability shines through on the page in a way that I’ve never seen until Good Different, and I think this book is even more captivating artistically.

A Unique and Incredible Tale
Format: Kindle
This book brilliantly shows what it feels like for me to go through the world neurodivergently. The characters truly resonate. The artistry of the layout and imagery is compelling and once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. What an authentic glimpse into an intense inner world!

Building something wonderful out of the broken pieces
Format: Hardcover
Meg Eden Kuyatt has done it again. I am a big fan of novel in verse, and this author is one reason why. The poetry delivers character, setting, and story in a clear, believable voice. The protagonist, V, is a middle school girl full of feelings, celebrating her difference while fighting for her place in the wonderland of neurotypicals. V introduces herself in vibrant socks that say “I am strange and wonderful.” And with that, we are off. V is reluctantly spending the summer with her grandma Jojo in the pristine white house that has been in her family for generations. History is definitely living here. The house is a character itself (and a metaphor). I love that V’s cousin Cat creates assemblages, an art form I was not familiar with. Cat describes it as taking discarded, broken stuff and turning it into something beautiful (another metaphor). There is a lot going on here and a satisfying resolution brought on by a heaping dose of empathy. Highly recommend for the suggested audience (juvenile fiction, grades 3-7), their teachers, and families with neurodivergence.
